The prepaid label is already in the parcel. Put the garment back in the bag, stick the label on, drop it at the post office. We dispatch the new size the moment the label is scanned — you are not waiting for it to reach us first.

Unworn, tags on. One swap per item, because beyond that it is a return.

Thirty days from delivery, unworn, tags on, for a full refund to the original payment method.

The refund goes out within five working days of the garment reaching us. Your bank then takes however long your bank takes, which is between you and them.

To start one, email hello@scrubsclothing.co.uk with your order number. There is no form to fill in and nobody will ask you to justify it.

Separately from the policy above, UK and EU law gives you fourteen days from receipt to cancel the contract outright. You can tell us by any clear statement — email is easiest.

If you cancel that way we refund everything you paid including the standard outbound delivery charge, within fourteen days of getting the goods back. We may reduce the refund if the garment has been handled more than you would in a shop.

Our thirty-day policy is more generous on time; the statutory right is more generous on delivery costs. Use whichever suits you — say which and we will apply it.

Embroidered and personalised garments. Once your name is stitched into it, it cannot go to anyone else, and the law recognises that.

This does not apply if the item is faulty or not as described. A misspelled embroidery that we got wrong is our fault and comes back like anything else.

Email us a photograph and the order number. If it is faulty within thirty days you can have a full refund; after that a replacement.

We pay the return postage on anything faulty. You should never be out of pocket for our mistake.
