Terms

The deal, in the order it happens.

These are the terms you buy under. Nothing in them takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer, because nothing in them is allowed to.

Questions about any of this go to hello@scrubsclothing.co.uk.

Who you are buying from

MM Commerce USA LLC, trading as SCRUBS Clothing, of 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Email hello@scrubsclothing.co.uk.

We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States.

How an order is made

Adding something to the bag is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy, made when you pay. The contract exists when we email to say it has been dispatched, not before.

If we cannot fulfil it — we are out of a size, or a price was plainly wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full. A listing is an invitation to buy, not a promise that every size exists forever.

Prices and duty

The price on the page is the price you pay, with sales tax and import duty already in it. No courier will invoice you at the door.

You can pay in pounds, US dollars or euros; the switcher is at the top of every page. Dollar and euro prices are our own set prices rather than a live exchange rate, so they do not move day to day.

UK delivery is free over £60 and £3.95 below. Australia, New Zealand and Canada are free over £120 and £9.95 below. Everywhere else is a flat £14.95, duty paid.

If a price is obviously wrong — a £58 trouser listed at £5.80 — we are not required to honour it, and we will tell you before taking money.

The launch offer

Three for two — the cheapest of any three is free. It applies across the range, comes off automatically at checkout, needs no code, and ends on 31 January 2027.

In any group of three items, the cheapest of that three is free. Six items means two free, nine means three, and so on. It is worked out on the items in your bag at the time you pay.

It does not stack with the healthcare or student discount: whichever leaves you paying less is the one applied. Verified healthcare workers get 15% off permanently and students 20% while they study — those are separate from the launch offer and continue after it ends.

Delivery

We ship direct from our manufacturer. Timings are given in good faith but are not guaranteed to the day.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. If it does not arrive, tell us and we will chase the courier — that is our job, not yours.

Your right to change your mind

You have fourteen days from the day you receive the goods to cancel, for any reason, without explaining yourself. That is the law and it is the floor, not the ceiling.

Our own returns policy gives you thirty days, which is more. Either way see the returns page for how it works.

The exception is personalised goods: once a garment has been embroidered with your name it cannot be resold, so the cancellation right does not apply to it. This is Regulation 28(1)(b), and we flag it before you order rather than after.

If something is wrong with it

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 what we send you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you have thirty days to reject it for a full refund, and after that a repair or replacement.

A seam that goes at week three is our problem, not yours, and we are not going to argue about it.

What we are not liable for

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses — these terms are for consumers buying for personal use.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. If any part of this is unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Complaints and law

Write to hello@scrubsclothing.co.uk. We aim to answer within one working day and to resolve things within fourteen.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings there. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring them in your own courts. If you are a consumer elsewhere, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory law where you live.
